Reds grant teen's wish at Great American Ball Park

CINCINNATI, OH (FOX19) - An Ohio teen is fighting a life threatening autoimmune disease but that didn't stop him from hanging out with his favorite baseball team.

The Reds invited 13-year-old Brock to attend batting practice Friday to say 'thank you' for supporting the team.

Brock said his favorite player is Brandon Phillips. Why? "Because I'm also a second baseman and I love the way he plays the game," he said.

Brock's mom said it was a day their family will never forget. Check out the video above to watch his experience.

This wish was the 13,000th wish granted by Make-A-Wish Ohio, Kentucky and Indiana.
