Hello everyone, I hope you all are doing well and having a wonderful week so far? Above all, I hope you are still dreaming BIG? Or are you still scared of what people will say or what they are saying right now to ditch your dream and join the norm?
Don't allow negative people into your corner. You know who they are; they are the people whose vocabularies are filled with down words. They tend to talk about obstacles, troubles, difficulties, complications, frustrations and failure rather than opportunities, solutions, achievements, goals, optimism, hopes and dreams. Please, please and please, avoid input from negative people in general, but especially do not tolerate negative people in your corner. Instead, find people who believe in you, will do anything to make your dream happen and who want to rise with you to the top.
Don't be satisfied with people in your corner who say, "You can never achieve that; you dream too big." You want people who will say, "You can do this, you've got this and we are gonna make this happen!" or "This is my chance to do something significant; this is my chance to improve; this is my chance to help somebody else fulfill his or her dreams." You need somebody in your corner who cares enough to challenge you and is courageous enough to tell you the truth especially when the going gets tough.
On this note, I tell you to dream BIGGER! You have my encouragement and support to aim higher, do more, be more, earn more, and go further. If nobody else believes you can do it, I BELIEVE YOU CAN! Now go for it! Go after your dream and pour your life into reaching that goal. But whatever you do, commit to doing it with all your heart and don't stop until you get to where you want to be.
*** Do not forget, write to me anytime especially those moments when you feel no one believe in you or care. I care and believe in your dream!***
Special Thanks to Dave Tener, CEO of Ross County YMCA. You are a great source of motivation in my corner. I appreciate your support towards my dreams for today and tomorrow.
