Can you believe it's December already???
It's still hard for me to believe 2013 is almost over. I thank God for His mercy throughout this year. It has not been by my power or might but by His grace.
I had goals set for this year just like you. I started taking stock last month to see how far I had come with my goals for January 2013. Well, I accomplished some but several didn't work out as planned. Did I feel disappointed about the ones that didn't work out? Of course, I did. But I chose to move forward by learning from what I did, what must have been done differently and opened myself more to newer experiences.
Are you beating yourself down over that goal that you set but didn't meet as scheduled? I will admit that it is normal to feel bitter, angry, defeated, you name it but the truth is; in order to move forward you must open yourself to new experiences. There is no failing, only results. Be courageous and push yourself to new heights. Besides, what is going to happen if you make a so called "bad" decision? - You will learn from it. The more results you make, the faster you will reach your destination.
